INTIMATE INANIMATE (SERIES ) 6"X6" Monoprint 2016.

This series examined the personal and intimate relationship formed with everyday objects - our favorite tea-strainer, wise-grips, scissors, and pliers. These entities are "ready at hand," in the philosophical sense, they do not actively make a stance on what it is to be a hammer out in the world, but through our relationship with these inanimate objects we form intimate bonds, we trust those pliers to not fail, and we thus form epistemologies about what it is to depend on something.
